When we first connected with The Woman’s Clinic (an OB/GYN practice in Jackson, MS), they had a website that no one could find and they were spending thousands of dollars on un-trackable traditional marketing efforts (billboards, magazines, etc.). We began by providing measurable results in their search engine rankings, which led directly to new patients coming to the practice. Those results opened the door for us to suggest a shift in their strategy.
We developed a specific strategy to bring in new patients and bring back previous patients. Through a combination of tactics—website, e-newsletters, and postcards—we brought in over 700 new patients in four months. Those results caused The Woman’s Clinic to shift all of their marketing dollars over to these new strategies. In effect, they spent no new marketing dollars, but saw a 30% revenue increase in that year.
Now, we serve as the complete outsourced marketing department for The Woman’s Clinic. We develop unique, fresh content for their blog and social media channels, we oversee photoshoots and video production, we handle the design and printing of all marketing materials, and more. We’ve developed such a strong connection with The Woman’s Clinic’s audience that when we send out an e-newsletter, they schedule additional staff to handle the influx of appointment requests.
As The Woman’s Clinic’s needs have changed—due to changing insurance regulations and new innovations in technology—our methods have changed as well. We’ve implemented multiple Facebook ad campaigns (which have brought in hundreds of new patients) and designed a new website that launched in 2015 to ensure that their web presence is up-to-date and relevant in today’s increasing online world.
