Founder | President
Founder and President, Aubrey Prince has extensive experience in marketing and sales strategy honed over years of outside B2B sales and entrepreneurial business ownership prior to IDdigital. Aubrey is skilled at first understanding the unique organizational needs of our clients and developing strategies to address those objectives.
Aubreyʼs primary role is working "in the business" responsible for front line client contact, sales, and consulting. Prior to IDdigital, Aubrey worked in advertising sales and marketing, and senior management as well as restaurant industry ownership.
Aubrey has two grown daughters, a son by marriage who wisely granted their first grandchild, as well as an overly-hyper chiweenie. Aubrey also serves in volunteer leadership at his home church working with high school students and serving as board member.
Founder | CEO
Crull Chambless, Founder and CEO has spent his career to date building and leading healthy organizations. Professionally Crull brings a marketing and technology background developed in a Fortune 500 corporate environment along with executive leadership in the non-profit sector.
Crull leads the overall vision and strategy for IDdigital and also serves as a Board Member and as Executive Pastor at Harvest Church a 2016 Certified Best Christian Workplace. Prior to IDdigital, Crull worked in the telecommunications industry and served as Chief Solutions Officer for Auxano Consulting, He holds a B.S. in Business & Marketing from Mississippi College and a Masters in Business Administration from Belhaven College. He is a certified Change Management Practitioner and an Advanced StratOps Facilitator and also serves as a board member for Replenish Ministries and Moringa.
Crull and his wife Ashley have three kids moving in to the teen years - God help them.
Chief Operating Officer
As the COO of IDdigital, Ross leverages leadership and expertise gained from his time as an Army officer, at Fortune 500 companies, big 5 consulting firms, and non-profit healthcare organizations. Ross primarily works “on the business” of IDdigital, providing project oversight, internal organizational leadership and strategy, service delivery, and continual service improvement.
Prior to joining IDdigital, Ross led operations and project teams across the globe providing technical support, systems development, and program delivery. Ross has also consulted government clients in improving their IT operations, project management, and systems development. Ross also teaches graduate students in Healthcare Informatics, Quality Management, Strategic Alignment, and Systems Lifecycle Management. Ross has an MBA and certifications in Project Management (PMP) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
Ross lives in Monument, CO with his wife Jennifer and their three children.
Chief Messaging Officer
Steve has been serving both non-profit and for-profit organizations since 1994 with a wide variety of skills. He provides high-quality copywriting, marketing strategy, and marketing implementation services. Steve also serves in executive leadership at Eastern Hills Community Church.
Steve has served organizations all across the country, including the Willow Creek Association, Compassion International, Providence Life Services, Moody Bible Institute, the Christian Reformed Church of North America, the Evangelical Free Church, GI Associates, Financial Strategies Group, Oratium, and Auxano.
Steve is really, really good at what he does. No, really.
Brian Kagan has led a thirty-plus year career driven by a simple mandate – “The only limit to how far you can go, is how far you will reach.” This premise has framed all of Brian’s client relationships, focusing upon the development and implementation of fully integrated branding strategies for a variety of national clients within such industries as entertainment, diversified real estate services, healthcare, retail & fashion, product development and cause-related marketing. He has built his career working on a principal-to-principal basis while focusing on Brand Convergence; the bringing together of the core elements pivotal to sustained success for any integrated brand initiative

As Chief Financial Officer for IDdigital Dave is responsible for the company's overall financial activities. Previously, he was Vice President of Finance for Payment Alliance International, ATM Services Group, the nation's largest providers of ATMs and ATM services. He also served as the Vice President of Business Development and CFO of ATM Express, Inc., 2 years as a senior audit manager with KPMG LLP, and 7 years with Deloitte & Touche LLP. He worked to develop Deloitte's official position on various accounting and SEC issues and was the firm's representative on the Al CPA xBRL Project where he wrote the original U.S. GAAP taxonomy.
Dave holds a bachelor's degree in finance and a master's degree of accountancy, both from the University of Montana. He and his wife Jen have four children and are planning for their oldest daughter's wedding. Donations can be mailed to Dave at the IDdigital offices.
Alicia graduated from Louisiana State University with an emphasis in journalism and public relations. She has done public relations and writing in support of projects and events for both private firms and a non-profit. Alicia Has been involved in several small business starts and was an educator for 10 years. Currently, she lives in Jackson, MS with her husband. They have two grown children.
Project Manager/Social Media
Ashley is a graduate of Mississippi College with a degree in Business Education and serves as ID digital’s resident expert on Social Media Marketing. She has held leadership roles overseeing customer service & training, executive support roles in the non-profit sector as well as marketing roles in the banking industry. At one point, you could speak with Ashley anytime day or night - as the voice talent for a major financial institution's automated banking system! She is a transplant from The Grand ‘Ol South residing in Montana with her husband and three children.
Brad works as a Relationship Manager at ID digital. He studied marketing and business at Ouachita Baptist University in Arkansas and worked for Regions Bank for seven years where he worked in credit analysis, branch management, portfolio management and also works in administration of non-profit management. He specializes in providing marketing guidance and vision communication both graphically and verbally, as well as financial risk management, which crosses into the legal world on a regular basis. Brad loves everything to do with sports and technology and lives in Missouri with his wife Jennilee and daughters Millicent and Lyla.
As a Brand Strategist, Daniel has served in a consulting role to healthcare and non-profit clients for the last decade. Before joining ID Digital, Daniel worked for marketing agencies and started an agency.
Daniel is constantly researching and consuming content regarding the changing trends and emerging communication channels between companies and their audience. His multi-disciplinary knowledge of marketing and brand strategy is used to help clients find solutions that don’t just look good, but increase revenue.
Daniel works primarily with our healthcare clients in the areas of patient attraction and retention. He holds a B.S. in Communication from Mississippi State University and a Master of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Daniel lives in Jackson, MS with his wife Mallory and their two children.
Senior Project Manager
With more than 14 years’ experience in marketing and communications, Melissa brings creative insight, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering quality to every aspect of her projects. A graduate of Trinity Christian College (Palos Heights, IL), she has a wide range of experience and diverse abilities, from graphic design and photography, to creative direction and project management. Melissa and her husband Peter and their beloved dogs, who all bleed for the Chicago Cubs.
Dustin is a self-taught software engineer who has worked as a developer, designer, project manager and development director. He has been programming since 1996, everything from Microsoft .NET to Perl to COBOL.
A lover of creating beautiful things, Dustin found his niche in programming websites. He began creating social websites before anyone else was, and founded a social group of graphic and web designers named "Swanky", which boomed and allowed him to flex his networking muscles. He has been published several different times in mediums such as New York Times, Boston Globe, and even network TV.
Dustin is married with 5 kids - 4 girls and a boy. He loves mountain biking, golfing, Koi fish, and, of course, his corgi!
Dustin is a Visual Designer specializing in web, UI/UX, mobile and graphic design. He believes in creating beautiful, yet functional websites and digital interfaces. He has over 12 years of freelance and studio experience and loves helping clients achieve their goals and grow their brands. When not doing design, he can be found in a CrossFit box or making electronic music. Dustin currently lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife Kandi and son Isacc.
James has been creating effective marketing and communications solutions for more than 35 years. During that time, he has worked with a variety of clients from small start-up companies to fortune 500 corporations. Projects have ranged from corporate brand development and advertising campaigns to annual reports, print collateral and interactive communications. He has also been involved in brand development for large and small churches across the country. James graduated from the University of Houston with a B.F.A. in Graphic Communications. For the past 17 years he has taught Visual Communications classes at the college level. James and his wife Wendy live in northeast Houston and enjoy spending time with their two children, Baylie and Blake and their grandson, Bridge.
Jan brings valuable experience from her recent position as Communications Director at Eastside Christian Church in Anaheim, California, where she oversaw branding and messaging for print, web, social media, and weekend graphics. Prior to Eastside, she worked in Communications at other churches, including nearly 10 years at Mariners Church in Irvine, CA. Now working as a contractor, her focus has been on content creation and copywriting for local churches and non-profits.
Jan describes herself as “a creative/writer/ hey what if… who's survived careers in higher education, advertising and the mega-church. A student of culture and Kingdom. And I love thinking of creative ways to communicate the most important message someone will ever hear.
Rebecca joined the IDdigital team in the fall of 2015. With over 10 years of experience in marketing communications, she brings with her a love and knowledge of branding and an eye for detail.
She enjoys working alongside clients and is able to manage the details without losing site of the bigger picture. Serving as Account Executive, Rebecca works directly with clients to develop ideas and deliver results.
